Turn on "my outgoing server requires authentication" in your mail app's outgoing (SMTP) settings.
cgocable.ca addresses use imap.cgocable.ca and smtp.cgocable.ca.
Change it in My Account under Email management (or Services, Internet, Manage my email addresses).
Sign in to My Account first to check the change went through, then update the password in each mail app.
You cannot do this yourself; Cogeco has to change it for you.
