If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation or service for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

2. What Is Covered

This refund policy covers all paid services on HelpByExperts: • One-time consultations ($3): Full refund within 7 days of purchase. • Monthly unlimited subscription ($15/month): Full refund of the most recent billing period within 7 days of the charge. Subscription will be cancelled upon refund. • Business Plan Package ($15): Full refund within 7 days of purchase, regardless of whether the plan has been generated and downloaded. There are no exceptions. If you paid for it and want a refund within 7 days, you get one.

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. You can use any of these methods: • Email: Send a refund request to refunds@helpbyexperts.com with your email address and the approximate date of purchase. Include the word "Refund" in the subject line. • Contact Form: Use our Contact page at helpbyexperts.com/contact and select "Refund Request" as the topic. You do not need to provide a reason for the refund, although feedback is always appreciated so we can improve our service.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is received, here is what to expect: • Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours on business days. • Processing: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the request. • Bank timeline: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. • Stripe: All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. The refund will appear as a credit from "HelpByExperts" or "Stripe" on your statement. Total time from request to visible refund: typically 5–14 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

For monthly subscriptions: • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • If you cancel within 7 days of a charge, you receive a full refund of that charge AND the subscription is cancelled immediately. • If you cancel after 7 days from the most recent charge, no refund is issued for the current period, but no further charges will occur. • There are no cancellation fees, early termination fees, or penalties of any kind.

6. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us for a refund before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We process all legitimate refund requests within 24 hours. Chargebacks incur additional processing fees and take much longer to resolve. We are committed to resolving all refund requests promptly and fairly.

7. Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds to accounts that demonstrate a clear pattern of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds to obtain free consultations. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our service for all users. Legitimate users will never be affected by this policy.
