Questions
How does online computer help work?
Pick a service, answer a few questions and pay the fixed price. A specialist from our own team emails or texts you to arrange a time. When you are ready, you open the screen sharing link we send, and you watch everything we do on your screen.
Does anyone come to my home?
No. Everything is done online through a screen sharing session that you start. There are no home visits.
What if you can’t fix it?
You get a full refund of the price you paid for that service.
Will you call me?
We never call you first. After you book, we contact you only by email, or by text if you gave us a number. If anyone calls you out of the blue saying they are from HelpByExperts or your computer company, hang up.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. If a password is needed during the session, you type it yourself. We will never ask you to tell us a password, buy gift cards, or pay anywhere other than the checkout on this page.
How much does it cost?
Each service has a fixed price shown before you pay, from $25 to $59. “Something else” is $49 for the first 30 minutes; if your problem needs more time, we tell you the cost first and you decide whether to continue.
Which devices do you work on?
Windows PCs and laptops, Macs and Chromebooks, plus the printers, routers and email accounts you use with them.
