We share your information only in these limited circumstances: • Service providers: We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, OpenAI for AI-powered chat, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations. • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. • Safety: We may share information if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of HelpByExperts, our users, or the public. • Business transfers: If HelpByExperts is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
