Canon Support Code 1303: Paper jam when feeding from the cassette

Paper jammed while it was being fed from the cassette.
What to try
- If the paper is visible at the paper output slot, remove it as for code 1300.
- If it is inside the printer, follow Canon's steps for paper jammed inside the printer.
- If it is at the cassette feed slot, push in the output tray, pull out the cassette and remove the paper slowly with both hands. Do not tilt or turn the printer over.
- If none of these apply, open the rear cover and remove the paper from the rear side.
- Reload the paper in the cassette properly and press the OK button, then reprint any page that did not print.

If the steps above do not clear it, Canon says to contact your nearest Canon service center to request a repair.
