HP documents this code for models including HP LaserJet P2050 series, HP LaserJet P3010 series, HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401, HP LaserJet Pro M701/M706.
Varies by model: On LaserJet Pro models the same condition shows as "Unexpected size in tray" without the number. HP's article c04169310 adds that a mispick or multi-sheet pick from a dirty or worn pickup roller can make the printer think the paper is longer than it is.
First steps for any printer error
