Canon Support Code 1365: Ink valve is open during print head replacement

On MegaTank models with an ink valve, the valve is open while you are replacing the print head.
What to try
- Open the scanning unit / cover.
- Close the ink valve by tilting the ink valve lever firmly to the left.
- Press the printer's OK button to clear the error.
- If you decide not to replace the print head, press the Stop button.
