I-60 means your computer may not support WSD (Web Services for Devices), which the scan to computer (WSD) feature needs.
What to try
- Check that your computer runs a supported English version of Windows.
- Make sure the printer is connected correctly to the computer.
- Try scanning again, or use a different scan method.

First steps for any printer error
- Write down the exact code before you do anything else — similar-looking codes often mean completely different things.
- Power the printer off, unplug it for a couple of minutes, then power it back on. A surprising number of transient errors clear here.
