Open with something specific. Not "I am writing to apply" but instead reference a company achievement or product you admire, then tie it to your experience.
Paragraph 2: Why You Are a Great Fit
Pick 2–3 requirements from the job description and match them with specific examples from your experience. Do not repeat your resume — expand on it.
Paragraph 3: Why This Company
Show you researched the company. Reference their mission, a specific product, or recent news. Be specific about what attracts you.
Paragraph 4: The Close
I would love the opportunity to discuss how my experience in X can help your team achieve Y. I am available at your convenience.
