My WiFi drops every 10 to 15 minutes and I have to reconnect. This started happening last week with no changes. What could be causing it?

Intermittent WiFi drops are usually caused by channel congestion, driver issues, or your router's power management settings. Start with your computer: open Device Manager, expand Network Adapters, right-click your WiFi adapter, go to Properties, then Power Management tab, and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Also go to the Advanced tab and look for a setting called Roaming Aggressiveness — set it to Medium or Low. On the router side, log into your router admin panel (usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1) and change the WiFi channel from Auto to a specific channel. For 2.4GHz, channels 1, 6, or 11 are best. You can use a free app called WiFi Analyzer on your phone to see which channels your neighbors are using and pick the least crowded one. If you have a dual-band router and your device keeps switching between 2.4GHz and 5GHz, try connecting to just one band. Also check if your router firmware has an available update — outdated firmware causes many intermittent connection issues.
