Updated October 2026 Β· Sourced from Rheem documentation

The manual says flame was lost three times during one heat cycle. This disables the heater.
Is it safe to keep running? No. Turn it off and get it checked. If the code returns, call a qualified service provider. Flame and venting faults are not for homeowners.
