Google disabled my account without warning. I cannot access Gmail, Drive, or any Google services. All my data is locked.
A disabled Google account is one of the most stressful tech situations because Google controls email, documents, photos, and often your phone backup. Google disables accounts for perceived policy violations including suspected spam, age requirement issues, or detected suspicious activity. Go to accounts.google.com/signin and try signing in. If the account is disabled, you should see an option to submit an appeal or request a review. Click it and fill out the form as thoroughly as possible. Include your full name, the email address, any alternate email you used for recovery, and a detailed explanation of why you believe the disabling was an error. Google typically responds within 2 to 5 business days. If you do not see an appeal option, try google.com/accounts/recovery. While waiting, do NOT create a new Google account and try to contact support through it — this does not help. If the account was disabled due to an age issue (Google thinks you are under 13), you may need to submit a government ID proving your age. For business accounts on Google Workspace, contact your admin. For permanent data recovery, if Google refuses to restore the account, you have 60 days to use Google Takeout (if accessible) to download your data before it is permanently deleted.
